In seek of a better image and efficient foreign services, the Malaysian Government embarked in the refurbishment of the existing Chancery in Singapore. With the approach of a classical order the complex evokes a unique sense that of an administration building. With symmetrical and proportionate balanced wings the form suggests an open arm gesture portraying the nations’ cultural warmth and courtesy.
