The proposal is to develop the three end users; JUPEM, PTG & KPTG within a land-area of 10 acres. The site is located along Jalan Semarak of the DUKE Highway. The building bears a transparent facade as to show to the public that the authorities are now transforming towards clean, effective, and transparent. The voluptuous curvy roof canopy that covers KPTG & PTG in one building block with shared facilities on another building under one roof, while JUPEM is on its own shelter. Together, these three departments give great impact to the KL skyline. Central plaza in the middle is secured by the three buildings is partly shaded by the canopy roof.
