The Space U8 is a hybrid retail centre that started of with only four story shop office in mind sitting on an 8 acre triangular site. On all three sides we managed to fit 58 units of four storey shop office, having a frontage of 24 feet and a depth of 90 feet. The internal mall area has a roof spanning over a very large space of almost two acres, where many multifunctional activities can be held. This will be a fantastic venue for any international exposition. This four story height atrium space gives excellent visual contact and coverage of almost all the retail units and orientation. This space is naturally ventilated and with enough air movement the space is kept cool without air conditioning. This is one of the green feature this retail center has to offer. The Space U8 has become an iconic architectural element within the Bukit Jelutong area and has made it's presence felt at the edge of the City of Shah Alam to be a "one stop", green shopping retail and entertainment centre.
