Stanza – noun; an arrangement of a certain number of lines, usually four or more, sometimes having a fixed length, meter, or rhyme scheme, forming a division of a poem. A name that speaks for itself, clearly depicted thru its façade design. An inversely new iconic service apartment in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, sculpted silhouette for distinguish look, while the segmented form create multiple sky-gardens, each with distinctive functionality. The orientation of the service apartment towers are aligned to get maximum view towards KL skyline, while avoiding the prevailing high-rise in the nearby vicinity. Sleek minimalist design for the podium block give emphasis for the apartment entrance lobbies. The cafe sits prominently in the middle, with unswerving view towards Jalan Tun Razak. A safe-haven retreat for city dwellers.
