The serene location of the project site is near to Pantai Chenang Beach. It is an 80 room villa hotel, with an administration building housing a half Olympic pool all facing towards the open Andaman sea. The planning layout allows for a courtyard lawn between the beach and the villa’s allowing unobstructed sea breeze to flow freely. The villas were designed as “Rumah Kampung Kedah” which compliments the local architecture of the island and it’s state. Latest look-like materials were adopted to help achieve the kampung feel whilst being robust enough in withstanding the harsh sea weather and conditions.
